i'm still an advocate for ripping off the creative commons. it just seems so important to the integrity of the whole CC concept - think of it as sharing rather than stealing. also check that THE and CC are aligned horizontally.
I can't avoid seeing a magnifying glass...
why not make it simpler...?
We said the CC would have a typewritting-crafted corporative design (sophie's nice style).
I would keep the CC as it is in the real logo and make something with the "the"
what do the others think??
I know what you mean but when we had are review on friday chris suggested that we make the 'the' appart of the logo rather than just along side the 'CC' logo if that makes sense? x
As Danielle said after talking to chris and explaining what creative commons is about and that is not about ripping off work but using other peoples work as a part of your own rather than just claiming it as your own.
I think our own design would be better but as Danielle has done keep the CC in a circle like creative commons but alter it a bit
